Proposals on Loom consist of a fee estimate, a cover letter and up to 3 required questions directly from the project owner. to submit a proposal, simply find a project you’re interested in working on, click the “Submit proposal” button.

Fill in the required fields and submit your proposal. The entrepreneur will either respond with a message to discuss project detail or decline the proposal.
