Whether you want to bill your client hourly, daily, weekly, by milestone or a single project fee, Loom invoices are flexible and customizable to fit your needs.
Simply go to the "Invoices" tab of your dashboard and select "Create a new invoice". Then select the employer you want to bill and start building your invoice.
Start by filling in contact details for yourself and your client, add a project name and select a timeframe for the work you completed. You can also customize your invoice by adding a logo.
Use the hourly services section to outline any work you need to bill hourly. Use the flat-rate services and expenses section to outline any other charges needing to be billed back to the client.
After outlining the work you performed and any miscellaneous expenses, choose a payment due-date and you're ready to send!
We notify your client when you send the invoice and remind them when the invoice is due to be paid. Also, we notify you when your client has viewed your invoice - that way you can nudge them to pay you on time.
Note: To access invoices, you must connect a valid bank account to receive payments. You can connect your bank account by going to the settings tab of your dashboard, clicking the "Get paid" link and filling in your bank information to be verified by our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
